- conservatory –sunny and south facing, perfect for morning coffee or a quiet afternoon read.
- study – large desk, ideal for home working and online meetings, with fast WiFi.
- cloakroom –washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. WC & washbasin.
- entrance hallway – plenty of cupboard storage for coats, boots and beach equipment.
First Floor accommodation – for a good night’s sleep
- king size bedroom –drawers, large wardrobe and en-suite shower room with wc, basin and heated towel rail, hairdryer
- twin bedroom – full size single beds, drawers, wardrobe
- super king room (able to convert to a twin on request) – drawers, wardrobe, hairdryer
- family bathroom –deep enamel bath with shower over, wc, large basin, heated towel rail
What’s included in your stay:
We provide high quality cotton bed linen, a bath sheet & hand towel per guest (please bring your own beach towels), flannels, hand wash, tea towels, washing up liquid & brush/sponge, cling film, foil, dishwasher tablets and a small amount of washing detergent/fabric conditioner along with basic cleaning supplies and 2 toilet rolls per wc. Salt, pepper, mixed herbs and olive oil will get you started in the kitchen and please feel free to use the various labelled herbs growing in the front garden.
A starter basket of logs is also supplied if you wish to use the wood burner, available between October and April. Gas central heating and hot water can be controlled by guests via a simple to use Google Nest thermostat.
Outside:
The cottage features a large and very private south facing decked terrace with comfortable outdoor dining furniture, a large adjustable parasol and sun loungers plus a gas BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining after a long day at the beach or even just a sundowner! The secure, gated garden, with lawn and flowerbeds, is fully enclosed with plenty of room to safely store bikes and surfboards. In the autumn help yourself to the apples that hang over the fence, from our small orchard.
Driveway parking is available for up to 3 cars. (No EV charging available at present.)

Keys may be collected in person or from a key safe if preferred. We live nearby and are more than happy to offer advice and recommendations on the local area.
Please note that our weekly changeover day is usually a Friday in peak season. Between October and Easter and away from main school holiday periods we generally offer 3 night weekends or 4 night mid-week breaks, with Friday or Monday arrivals. If your proposed stay doesn’t fit with our calendar please do get in touch as we try to be flexible.
