This fully renovated, stylish and contemporary cottage is in the perfect location, quietly tucked away in a rural North Devon village, midway between the river port of Bideford and the historic market town of Great Torrington. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whilst surrounded by beautiful countryside, open farmland and ancient woodland, in just 10-15 minutes you can find yourself on stunning Blue Flag beaches or exploring hidden coves and little fishing villages strung out along the dramatic North Devon coastline. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A two minute walk leads you to the friendly village pub, serving food, ‘The Cyder Presse’. Five minutes further leads to the village park with a children’s playground, playing field and community orchard. Look out for the ‘Tarka Trail’ walking and cycling route, allowing you to cycle along to the beach for lunch, with a good choice of great little caf\u00e9s, pubs and restaurants along the way.

The nearest shops are 5 minutes away in Torrington. These include fabulous local butchers, bakers, greengrocers, chemist, Co-Op, Lidl and M&S Simply food. Most other major supermarkets are within a 10 minute drive and Bideford has a great selection of small independent shops, well worth a browse, plus a great modern art gallery with a French caf\u00e9, The Burton.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Off the main tourist trail yet close to everything you need for your perfect North Devon holiday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
